Return Policy

The Graceful Lady is so pleased to have you as a customer and friend. We know you will love your new purchases. We only carry the highest quality products at The Graceful Lady and we are confident your order will meet or exceed your expectations. If you need to return your order, here’s what to do:

  • The Graceful Lady will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 10 days of receipt of purchase and will issue a credit or refund at the time of the return, but only with a valid receipt, original tags, and packaging. (A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or Packing slip.)
  • Return of merchandise purchased through our Web Site will be accepted by mail or in person at The Graceful Lady.
  • Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. The shipping expense cannot be refunded.

To return by mail:

1. Please call Customer Service: 1-877-445-3036 for a Return Authorization Number.

2. Enclose a copy of the packing slip.

3. Repack product in original shipping materials with original tags attached.

4. Insure the package.

5. Mail it to the address on the original shipping label.

If you do not have a packing slip or if you have received damaged or defective merchandise please call Customer Service at 1-877-445-3036 for Return Authorization. Thanks again for your order, and we hope you’ll visit us again soon at The Graceful Lady.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Refunds are processed several times per week after receipt of merchandise. Generally the refund will be returned to the original credit card used, and will appear on your card 1-2 days after the credit has been processed.

Store credits in the form of a Gift Card that doesn’t expire, is a helpful alternative and is available upon request. A store credit can be used towards your next purchase.
